• 10% Reservation Deposit
  A 10% reservation deposit is required to secure the unit. This reservation is valid for three (3) months, after which contract signing is required.
• 50% at Contrac Signing
  A payment bringing the total to 50% of the purchase price is due at the moment of signing the purchase contract.
• 35% at Roof level
  Upon official notification that construction has reached roof level, a payment of 35% is due.
• 15% at Delivery
  The final 15% payment is due upon delivery of the apartment.
