Cabarete Properties was founded in 2016 by Luis González, a Cabarete native who returned after studying International Business and Management in the United States to build something lasting in the community he grew up in.
What started as a boutique HOA management company has evolved into a fully integrated real estate platform — with four active divisions serving buyers, investors, property owners, and communities across the North Coast.
With roots in Holden Sotheby’s International Realty and years of experience as both developer and operator, the company now manages 250+ units, has delivered multiple development projects, and continues to expand its footprint in Cabarete Bay, Kite Beach, and Playa Encuentro.
